Hello, everyone. I have what I think is called a "jewel" orchid. Its botanical name is "Haemeria discolor".

I understand it to be a terrestrial orchid, so I have it planted in regular potting soil. It's also sitting in moderately bright light. It does not seem to do very well. Can someone give me some pointers?
