Honda E2500 generator were do wires go?

I have this honda generator (E2500) and the engine has blown up. I have looked every were for a new engine but can not find one its a G300.
Anyway i want to add a different type of engine which is easy as its belt drive, But there are 4 wires witch connect to the engine two yellows, a light green and dark green. I know one of the greens dose the engine switch but what should i do with the others?
