How to remove craftsman weedwacker assembly head to replace with grass gator?
How do I remove the assembly head from my straight shaft 25cc 17in Craftsman weedwacker? I'm wanting to replace it with a Grass Gator. I can't get the head off. Does it unscrew or is it pressure or what? Diagrams would be a bonus but any help is appreciated.

I don't know the exact model. But there should be a hole on the top of the head. Place a small screw driver in it to stop it from spinning. The threads are reverse, so tighten it to remove.
