riding mower front axle?
I noticed on my mower today the front wheel was slanted. the front axle assembly where it goes thru the pivot bar some how got loose.Might have happen when I was unloading it off my truck bed.How do I fix this? Is it fixable or might I need any new parts? The ball joint is fine, I just have this problem. thanks
There are usually bushings that take the place of wheel bearings on the front end. Over time they wear out and provide slop. I had this problem on my murray and i put new bushings in it. I think they were like $10 per side. This sounds like it is your problem.
