Reap Healthy Benefits By Sowing Broad Been Seeds
The history of Broad beans - or fava beans dates back to 6000 years BC. It's indeed an ancient crop with manifold health benefits and is still popular even today!! Broad beans are one of the few veg seeds which are ideal for winter production, among with lots of herb seeds, which you can grow all year around in your kitchen windowsill. It should be noted that this schedule of cropping is significant because it will guarantee either a late spring or an early summer harvest whilst there is few of other home-grown fresh produce at the same time.
Amongst all the broad bean ranges, ‘Aquadulce Claudia' is the most commonly sought after vegetable for a late autumn sowing. Many gardeners sow their parsley herb seeds in the autumn too; this herb likes the somewhat cooler growing conditions. It sets up itself quickly and is capable to produce a very premature crop. Since it's an early maturing broad bean it actually needs the cold winter conditions so one has to plant it late autumn or early winters. Hence, the exceptional cold climatic condition makes this broad bean seed is most sought after alternative in any UK garden. These plants which are ideal for the UK cold climate grow at a height of 90 cm. In case the ground is ice-covered before sowing, then just wait for a warmer day in the winter or wait until early spring, this can be as soon as end of January, so all those winter days just cannot pass without any gardening. On a lovely sunny day early in the year you can sow your broad beans easily, do not be shy even if there is frost expected later, the beans will do just fine; and you can enjoy growing some herbs from seeds inside all winter really. The ideal timing for sowing these broad bean seeds is either from late-October-November or from early January to early March. One can enjoy the first reap in May in case these beans are sown in October, as you can enjoy sowing some herb seed too in the autumn and winter.
These broad beans are fully packed with healthy benefits. Freshly farm picked ‘Aquadulce Claudia' broad beans are enriched with Vitamins A, C and E. They are richly sourced with protein and fiber.
Furthermore, these bean seeds yields great results and produce small and tender white beans of high-quality. You can freeze any surplus produce for future use since its quality is known to be intact for a longer time.

What are the causes that make bean seeds rot when planted in excellent environmental conditions?
For a science project I planted some common bean seeds in pots with soil. I watered them enough so that they didn't dry, and put them in sunlight's reach. One week after, they haven't sprouted and when I go and remove them, the seeds' coating is broken, the interior (which is now bigger than the original seed) is white, and the seed altogether is very soft. Can anyone tell me what went wrong, even though they were watered and put in the sunlight?
The seed may have been damaged when they were sown or prior to sowing, the soil may have been packed too tightly, they may have been over watered.
Other than the lack of germination (sprouting) do the seeds look normal. Seeds do tend to soften and enlarge as they soak up water to use in growing.
